Introducing Ava– Our New AI Assistant!

We’re excited to introduce Ava, our new AI assistant, designed to make your experience with us more efficient and streamlined. Starting from 24th February, you will have the option to use Ava when you call the practice.
During this trial phase, we are initially testing this feature with a small number of calls, but we plan to gradually expand it to benefit all our patients.
How it Works:
- Step 1: Ava will ask you a series of questions to gather the necessary information about your clinical or non-clinical needs.
- Step 2: Once you’ve provided your details, Ava will send your request through to our eConsult team.
- Step 3: Our team will review your information and get back to you within 48 hours with the appropriate next steps.
Whether your request is related to a clinical issue or a non-clinical matter, Ava will ensure that your information is directed to the right team for a prompt response.
We’re excited to trial this new feature, and we’re confident that Ava will help make your experience faster and more convenient.
